Roll Cage Combo 1500 Watt Tradesman Heater

i asked before purchasing if this model came with a
remote; their answer was yes; but it does not. and the
cord is not 13 ft.

Since it's summer, I haven't opened this up, assembled it, and used it yet. But if it looks half as good in real life as it does in the picture on the box, I'm sure I'll be warm and toasty come this November when I finally actually try to use it. Maybe the people pinging me for a review here might want to circle back in about six months and ask me again what I think.

I wrote a negative review on the wrong product saying I only received 9 of the 13 screws for assembling the roll cage. I found the missing screws installed in the end of two of the pieces. I was able to get the cage assembled and so far the heater works well.

I bought this product to keep my dog warm during the winter while at work. Started using it in November and broke down in February. Tried to get it running for the new winter. No response from company even though they list it with a one year warranty.

We love this heater. We wish we would have ordered directly from company as they had the right stand for it but ordered another heater and stand for another home. The customer service is exceptional and heater is great for a cooler night.
